I’ve given up on my crusade of pestering companies …. it turn out the majority don’t care too much for customer feedback and I don’t have the time to keep chasing up for replies or learn my rights as a consumer.
So instead I just going to blab about other stuff instead … let’s see how long it lasts this time!
